Site Walk & Scope Definition
We review drawings, walk the site, confirm utilities, access routes, elevator/dock rules, quiet hours, and special protections. You get an itemized scope with labor, equipment, container plan, and expected timeline.
Permits, Notifications & Prep
Where required, we support or advise on permits and building notifications. We set up signage, barriers, poly containment, negative air (as needed), and floor/wall/fixture protection for elements to remain.
